The PAL-1 has a wide measurement range of 0.0 to 53.0% Brix which makes it perfect for measuring almost any fruit juice, food, or drink, such as soup, sauce, ketchup, tomato sauce, low-sugar jam, or marmalade.
The PAL series comes with NFC (Near Field Communication) technology to transfer data. Data history can be read by bringing PAL NFC to any Android devices or a PC USB NFC Reader.
